Union Square has launched a new dining concept, “Saigon’s New Culinary Collective,” on its third floor, expanding its footprint from luxury retail into a curated food and lifestyle destination in HCMC.
Located at the intersection of Nguyen Hue, Dong Khoi, Le Loi and Le Thanh Ton streets, the development introduces four distinct dining concepts aimed at attracting both local residents and international visitors.
The new space is designed as more than a cluster of restaurants, positioning itself as a social hub where guests can gather and engage through varied dining experiences.
The lineup includes NOI, which serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a focus on wood-fired cooking and premium meats and seafood. PÃO PÃO offers a Portuguese-style fast-casual concept that blends European flavors with a modern, urban approach.
Vietnam House Restaurant continues to present contemporary Vietnamese cuisine, complemented by a Champagne Bar and afternoon tea service. The Reverie Boutique, meanwhile, features artisanal pastries, chocolates and delicatessen products, extending the culinary craftsmanship associated with The Reverie Saigon.
