HCMC – The 3rd Vietnam International Paper and Packaging Exhibition (VPPE 2026), alongside the 10th Vietnam International Advertising Equipment and Technology Exhibition (VietAd 2026 – Hanoi), will take place at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in Hanoi from May 13 – 15.
A convergence of green manufacturing trends, digital technology, and global connectivity
Amid the ongoing restructuring of global supply chains and the growing demand for sustainable consumption, Vietnam’s paper, packaging, and advertising industries are entering a new phase of growth with significant opportunities for breakthrough development.
Growth momentum is driven not only by the recovery of manufacturing and exports, but also by increasing investment shifts into supporting industries and the rapid expansion of e-commerce and logistics. These trends are fueling rising demand for high-quality, eco-friendly paper and packaging products, as well as modern advertising solutions.
Against this backdrop, the Vietnam Pulp and Paper Association, Vietnam Packaging Association, Vietnam Advertising Association, HCMC Advertising Association, in collaboration with Dong Nam Advertising and Commercial Promotion JSC, are organizing the 3rd Vietnam International Paper and Packaging Exhibition (VPPE 2026) and the 10th Vietnam International Advertising Equipment and Technology Exhibition (VietAd 2026 – Hanoi).
The events aim to promote trade connectivity and technology transfer among domestic and international enterprises in the paper, packaging, and advertising sectors, and to create opportunities for businesses to enhance brand visibility, expand markets, and engage with potential clients and partners.
It will be held from May 13-15 at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC), Tu Lien Bridge Road, Dong Anh, Hanoi.
VPPE 2026 – A key trade hub for the paper and packaging industry
With a scale of 350 booths and nearly 500 brands from countries such as Vietnam, Germany, the U.S., Sweden, Finland, Japan, China, Singapore, and others, VPPE 2026 continues to affirm its position as a prestigious trade platform for the paper and packaging business community.
The exhibition showcases a comprehensive industry ecosystem, including pulp and paper; paper machinery, equipment and technologies; paper chemicals; paper materials and supplies; packaging machinery, equipment and technology; printing machinery, equipment and technology; and various packaging products, supplies and materials.
Beyond product displays, VPPE 2026 highlights the industry’s shift toward green transformation and production optimization.
This is reflected in the introduction of advanced technologies such as comprehensive green packaging solutions, industrial measurement systems, automation solutions to enhance efficiency and production quality, high-performance paper and board production systems, recycled paper production lines, tissue production lines using 100% recycled materials, and environmentally friendly chemicals for paper and packaging, among others.
VietAd 2026 – A stage for modern advertising technology
Running alongside VPPE, VietAd 2026 – Hanoi will feature 150 booths from both domestic and international advertising enterprises.
The exhibition promises an impressive showcase of advertising machinery, LED and smart display technologies, advertising equipment, materials and gifts, printing and decorating services.
A wide range of cutting-edge technologies will be introduced and demonstrated, including: high-quality laser engraving and cutting machines; LED display solutions with 4G/WiFi control, GPS integration, high outdoor brightness, waterproof design, and flexible customization; premium LED lighting systems and power supplies; multifunctional welding machines; reflective LED light bars; digital textile printing machines; heat transfer printing technology; high-performance flexible PVC advertising materials suitable for indoor and outdoor use; premium advertising decals; T-Rex silver adhesive; acrylic bending machines; signage components; and lightboxes, and many others.
In addition to exhibition activities, VPPE 2026 and VietAd 2026 – Hanoi will host conferences, seminars, packaging award ceremonies, and student engagement programs. The events are expected to attract over 10,000 trade visitors over three days.
