Throughout July and August, Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection will be hosting its fourth guest chef of the year with an Italian culinary expert.
Chef Vincenzo Sorrentino (Chef Enzo) will be dropping in for a pop-up visit at Oriental Pearl sky-high restaurant from 6-15 July showcasing his authentic Italian signatures serving in buffet style while the ‘Italian Affair’ themed buffet will be carried on until the end of August.
Alongside Italian delicacies, premium seafood, Saigon’s best Pho with signature Truffle Quay, and assorted sashimi are some highlights of Oriental Pearl’s extensive food spread.
During these two months, Chef Enzo will present an array of Italian delicacies, such as Insalata Mare, Zuppa Di Pesce, Parmigiana, Tagliata, and Agnello.
The buffet is priced at VND1,800,000++ for Thursday, Friday and Sunday, and VND 2,200,000++ for Saturday with live music and a special menu.
