Food lovers in HCMC can experience the rich culinary traditions of Thailand during Thailand Flavors Week, a food festival running from June 4 to 14 at Le Brasserie restaurant.

Held daily from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., the event features a wide selection of authentic Thai dishes that highlight the country’s signature balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavors. The festival aims to provide guests with an immersive dining experience while promoting cultural exchange through cuisine.

The menu includes well-known favorites such as tom yum soup, green curry, pad Thai and mango sticky rice, alongside fresh seafood dishes inspired by Thailand’s coastal regions. Diners will also have the opportunity to sample lesser-known specialties representing the diverse culinary traditions of northeastern and central Thailand.

Thai cuisine has earned global recognition for its use of fresh herbs, aromatic spices and bold flavors, making it one of the most popular international cuisines among Vietnamese diners and tourists alike.
