Looking to power up their international expansion, a large contingent of 50-odd Vietnamese companies recently joined Food & Hotel Asia-Food & Beverage (FHA-F&B) 2025. Held on April 8-11, 2025 in Singapore’s Changi EXPO, Asia’s premier international food & beverage trade fair drew 1,500 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and 65,000 visitors from over 90 countries and territories. The sheer international profile and business access offered by this huge event, into its 47th year, was underlined with 80 group pavilions spread over eight massive halls. Among the 1,500 exhibitors, more than 35% were new. “This is our first-time participating in this event and we are glad we did!” said Carolyn Dung Nguyen, business development manager at Vietnamese snacks company Nam Xanh Joint Stock Company. “I have been to Asian expositions in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan. For me, the one in Singapore is nice. It is big enough but also focused enough for visitors to find the right segment that they want.” The eye-catching, multi-coloured HCMC, Vietnam pavilion also stood out.
