Must read

HCMC – To support HCMC in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic and provide citizens with access to quality food at stabilized prices, CityLand Investment Co., Ltd. is participating in the “Food at Stabilized Prices and with Free Delivery” program in the city.

The program is organized by the Market Club, an affiliation of the Saigon Times Club, a non-profit arm of the Saigon Times Group, under the auspices of the HCMC Department of Industry and Trade.

With support from businesses and organizations, the program helps residents in the city access safe meat, fish and vegetables at fair prices during the Covid-19 pandemic and offers free home delivery.

To support the program, CityLand is helping the organizers classify the goods and transport them to the residents, especially those living in areas under lockdown or quarantine.

The company is also providing venues to gather the goods, break rooms for the members of the organizing board and financial support for residents in Go Vap District, one of the localities hit the hardest by the pandemic, to buy the necessities.

“Contributing to the development of the community and society has been a mission of CityLand for many years,” a representative of CityLand shared.

Besides offering quality real estate products with comprehensive services and amenities, CityLand has always been eager to organize or participate in social programs and create a sustainable lifestyle and happiness for residents of its urban areas.

Through the “Food at Stabilized Prices and with Free Delivery” program, the company expects to support people affected by the pandemic and contribute to the city’s Covid-19 fight.

The community spread of Covid-19 has led to a majority of traditional wet markets shutting down, making it hard for city residents to buy food and foodstuffs, especially fresh meat, fish and vegetables, despite the higher prices.

Therefore, through the food sale program, business members of the Market Club help farmers outside HCMC sell their products and ease the strain on HCMC residents during the implementation of the stay-at-home order.

To ensure safety amid the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, the organizers are strictly complying with regulations on Covid-19 infection prevention and control.

The participants and volunteers are required to wear face masks, use hand sanitizers, keep a safe physical distance from each other and take Covid-19 tests during the program. Besides, vehicles and equipment used to transport and distribute the goods are regularly disinfected.

Those interested in the program should place their orders through the Market Club’s website https://hanghoabinhon.clbthitruong.com/shop or phone number 0582 76 56 46 or 0582 76 56 42.

They have to stay at home and wait for free home delivery. Using this service, buyers do not have to queue up in long lines or gather at stores to do the shopping.

For CityLand residents, orders can be placed via https://cityland.clbthitruong.com/shop or hotline 0969 12 58 12.
