CJ Vietnam awards scholarships to students in Lam Dong

HCMC – CJ Vietnam has granted scholarships to 100 students from low-income families in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong.

These scholarships, worth a total of VND450 million, were awarded on December 19 at the Lam Dong Intelligent Operation Center (IOC).

Recipients, including elementary school children and university students, were selected based on their academic records, financial needs and leadership potential.

Pham S, deputy chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, said, “CJ’s scholarship program not only offers a valuable opportunity for students from low-income families but also exemplifies the company’s social responsibility and commitment to education.”

Chang Bok Sang, chairman of CJ Vietnam, said, “We are committed to continuing our support and creating employment opportunities for the young talented individuals who have received CJ scholarships.”

CJ Vietnam has been active in Vietnam for over two decades, with involvement in various sectors such as food, entertainment and retail.
