HCMC – The HCMC branch of CTBC Bank organized a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program on December 16 at Vinh Loc Church (Saint Joseph the Worker) in HCMC’s outlying district of Binh Chanh.

The bank provided VND242 million for building the library and acquiring essential equipment at the church.

The project’s objective is to enhance information accessibility and provide educational opportunities to youngsters in the local community.

The event was part of the annual CSR initiative of CTBC Bank’s HCMC branch. Last year, the bank handed over a library to the Dong Hoa Primary School in Can Gio, another outlying district of HCMC.

CTBC Bank previously spent VND139 million installing a water filtration system in the Hoa Bac ethnic village in Di Linh District, Lam Dong Province. It also organized various recreational activities and provided essentials such as milk, medication, and food for roughly 300 children in the community.

The bank has dedicated teams that cater to clients in Taiwan, Vietnam, and China. It has established a solid base for local trade and offers multinational corporations with cross-border financial services.
