HCMC – Ford Vietnam has received a First Class Order of Labor given its 28-year commitment to Vietnam and its substantial contributions to the local economy and community development.
In its operations, the company places an emphasis on workforce diversity and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including scholarships, playgrounds, and traffic safety programs.
Ford Vietnam currently employs over 5,000 people through its network of 43 official dealerships nationwide. Notably, in Hai Duong Province in the Red River Delta, Ford’s 17,400-square-meter plant employed 90% of its workforce from the province.
