Fuel prices drop further

HCMC – Gasoline prices were cut again from 3:00 p.m. on April 23, with RON95-III falling to VND22,880 per liter, according to the ministries of Industry and Trade and Finance.

E5 RON92 dropped by VND100 to VND21,834 per liter, while RON95-III decreased by VND162

Other fuels edged down steeply. Diesel fell by VND1,159 to VND26,697 per liter, and heavy fuel oil declined by VND820 to VND18,811 per kilogram.

The ministries adjusted the fuel price stabilization fund to align domestic prices with global movements. A contribution of VND400 per liter was applied to diesel and heavy oil, while no contribution was set for gasoline products.
