HCMC – Gryphon Development, a Canadian art-focused real estate developer headquartered in Vancouver, has recently inaugurated its operations in Vietnam.

“Vietnam has witnessed a growing population with amplifying purchasing power which has made a significant transition to a value-added economy,” said Ken Chu, head of the Hong Kong and Vietnam markets of Gryphon.

Gryphon Development aims to develop tailored residential and commercial buildings that cater to buyers’ needs, including elegant offices and luxurious homes in prime locations, with a range of lifestyle amenities and enhancements.

The company’s fully-integrated model ensures a seamless experience for clients, from the initial contact through the purchase process, final delivery, and after-sales service.

In addition, its Royal Curator service provides an elevated way of living, where a dedicated team of professionals attends to customers’ needs, ranging from event planning and hiring private chefs to personal shopping and securing symphony seats, the firm said in a statement.

“By introducing Marco Polo offices at the heart of future Metro Vancouver’s new CBD, we strongly believe in cooperation and partnership opportunities between multi-sector businesses from British Columbia and Vietnam and vice versa,” he added.

The 11-floor Marco Polo offers high-end amenities, five-star service, and an environment designed to promote health and wellness. It features 200 freehold office units, designated childcare facilities, underground parking, and community areas.

Gryphon is currently active in Vancouver, Taichung, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
