HCMC breaks ground on US$5.6 billion projects for new megacity

Ho Chi Minh City on April 29 began work on a series of major infrastructure and urban development projects worth a combined VND142 trillion (about US$5.6 billion), marking the 51st anniversary of the liberation of the south and the reunification of the country on April 30.
