HCMC expected to see widespread rain triggered by Molave

Must read

HCMC – The combined impact of Typhoon Molave and the southwest monsoon wind is forecast to bring rain to vast areas in the southern localities including HCMC in the next few days, according to the southern weather center.

Today, October 28, provinces in southern Vietnam could see scattered rains, with some places possibly experiencing medium to heavy rains, thunderstorms, gusty winds and twisters. The average temperature in the region may range between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius.

From tomorrow onward, the rain will increase in volume in the evening and focus on the southeastern provinces.

Meanwhile, due to the impact of a tropical convergence zone and Typhoon Molave which made a landfall in the country and battered the central localities today, the coastal areas running from the Ba Ria-Vung Tau to Ca Mau provinces could experience showers and thunderstorms.

The southwest monsoon winds blowing in the sea from Ba Ria-Vung Tau to Ca Mau are predicted to measure at level 5.
