HCMC – The HCMC Department of Tourism today, April 4, opened a tourism exhibition which features 100 businesses in the travel, accommodation, dining, shopping and entertainment sectors and has a variety of promotions up for grabs.
The four-day event at September 23 Park in District 1 aims to attract visitors to HCMC by offering a range of great deals and discounts.
With over 30 tour packages on offer, visitors can enjoy discounts ranging from 10% to 60% on city tours and those to other provinces.
Some 200,000 vouchers will be distributed, providing savings on dining, shopping, healthcare, and entertainment, with an estimated total value of VND50 billion.
The participating businesses have crafted attractive combo packages for popular tourist destinations and resorts, alongside discounts of up to 50% at supermarkets, malls, and shopping centers.
Bui Thi Ngoc Hieu, deputy director of the HCMC Department of Tourism, expressed confidence in the program’s potential to build upon the success of previous initiatives in recent years.
