HCMC – At the eighth meeting of the 11th HCMC Party Committee, tenure 2020-2025, Secretary of the Party Committee of HCMC Nguyen Van Nen said the committee had finalized a three-stage economic recovery plan for the city.
The first stage will last from October 1 to 31, 2021, the second stage from November 1, 2021, to January 15, 2022, and the third stage after January 15, 2022.

Nen emphasized that the city’s economic recovery process will depend on the Covid-19 situation. He expected that the HCMC People’s Committee would soon issue policies to help businesses recover and attract investment, especially in the healthcare system.

The districts of Can Gio, Cu Chi and 7, plus some industrial parks and export processing zones have been chosen to test issue Covid-19 green and yellow passes for those eligible to go out.

“Given the current Covid-19 situation and the spread of the Delta variant, it’s hard to predict what will happen next. But this will not prevent us from implementing the necessary measures in the city,” Nen stressed.
