HCMC – After a two-year halt induced by the Covid pandemic, Vietnam Motor Show, the country’s biggest automobile exhibition, will come back in HCMC in October, according to the organizers.

The 2022 edition, jointly organized by ATFA and Vinalink, is set to take place from October 26 to 30 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in District 7.

As of mid-March, 11 auto brands, comprising Audi, Honda, Jeep, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Mitsubishi, MG, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo, had registered to participate in the trade show.

For its reopening, the 2022 show will feature more products on a larger scale than its previous editions, said the organizers.

Apart from the participation of the members of the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association and the Vietnam Car Importers Association and firms active in supporting industries, many producers and importers of motorcycles and yachts will join the exhibition.

In addition, a seminar on vehicle electrification and orientation for the auto industry in Vietnam will be held during the show.
