The walking zones will be closed from February 9 (the 30th of the final lunar month) to February 23 (the 14th of the first lunar month). This decision aims to ensure smooth travel for citizens and tourists during Vietnam’s longest national holiday.

Two fireworks displays will be held in front of Ha Noi Moi newspaper office and the Hanoi Post Office to ring in the Lunar New Year.

Hoan Kiem District authorities have requested organizations in the area to proactively ensure urban security, traffic order, environmental sanitation, fire and explosion prevention, and the safety of residents and tourists during the holiday.
