HCMC – Keppel has signed an agreement in principle with KDI Holdings to provide Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) solutions to Libera Nha Trang, a mixed-use property development in the south-central province of Khanh Hoa.
Phase one of the project, valued at 128 million Singapore dollars, will cover 15.6 hectares, encompassing over 230,000 square meters of gross floor area.
Keppel anticipates commencing cooling-as-a-service operations at Libera Nha Trang by the end of 2024, pending finalization of the agreement.
Keppel’s EaaS solutions, overseen by its Operations Nerve Center in Vietnam, leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to increase efficiency and sustainability.
Having secured nearly 290 million Singapore dollars in EaaS contracts in Vietnam, Keppel offers subscription-based services including cooling, energy storage, solar power, and electric vehicle charging solutions.
