Vietnamese litigation firm Le & Tran has secured renewed recognition across three of the legal industry’s most influential international directories for the 2025-2026 cycle, reaffirming its standing in Dispute Resolution and Employment law in Vietnam.
Le & Tran has been ranked by Chambers Asia-Pacific 2026 in both Dispute Resolution and Employment, with founding partner Stephen Le recognized individually for his leadership in these practice areas.
Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2026 has also ranked the firm in Dispute Resolution: Litigation and in Labour and Employment, two practice areas where Le & Tran has built a sustained track record over the past decade.
In a separate accolade, Stephen Le has been named to Asia Business Law Journal’s A-List 2025, an annual selection of Vietnam’s leading legal practitioners based on peer review, client feedback, and case complexity.
The three rankings reflect the firm’s continued focus on courtroom advocacy and labour matters at a time when Vietnam’s business community is navigating a complex shift in dispute resolution norms, foreign investment regulations, and workforce structuring. Foreign-invested enterprises, in particular, have increasingly relied on local counsel with deep procedural and cross-border experience.
“Recognition like this belongs to the team and to the clients who put their confidence in us,” said Stephen Le, CEO and lead counsel of Le & Tran. “We do not lead with awards; we lead with results. This year’s listings are a reminder that consistent, disciplined work in the courtroom is still the most reliable form of credibility in our profession.”
Founded in 2011, Le & Tran is one of Vietnam’s leading independent litigation firms, with offices in HCMC and Hanoi. The firm advises domestic and multinational clients on dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, white-collar crime, labour and employment, and judgment enforcement matters.
Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, and Asia Business Law Journal are widely regarded as among the most rigorous independent directories in the legal industry, with rankings determined through independent research, client and peer interviews, and case-level analysis.
