Local fuel prices decline

HCMC – The domestic retail prices of fuels were revised down by VND340-1,060 per liter or kilogram today, November 13, according to an announcement jointly issued by the ministries of Industry-Trade and Finance.

RON 95-III gasoline is now priced at VND23,530 per liter, down by VND390, and E5 RON 92 bio-gasoline now sells for VND22,270, down by VND340.

Diesel oil now costs VND20,880 per liter, falling by VND1,060, and kerosene is capped at VND21,510 per liter, decreasing by VND790.

Heavy fuel oil edged down by VND620 to VND15,620 per kilogram.

During this fuel price adjustment, the two ministries decided not to impose a surcharge on all types of fuel, and local fuel traders are not allowed to tap the fund.

In the year to date, the country has seen 32 rounds of fuel price revision, with 18 of them rising, 10 falling, and four staying unchanged.
