The organizing board of the Miss World Vietnam 2022 pageant has announced that the beauty contest final round will be held at the MerryLand Quy Nhon in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.
Between July 16 and August 13, the top 38 finalists of the beauty contest along with thousands of guests participating in various events at the final round, such as Music Festival Night – Miss Sea, Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest, and Final-round Night will gather at the MerryLand Quy Nhon, which is deemed as a world-class commercial and tourism peninsula city.
The MerryLand Quy Nhon is a strategic project being part of the premium property product line developed by Hung Thinh Corporation at Hai Giang Peninsula in the central city of Quy Nhon.
Hosting the Miss World Vietnam 2022 final round marks the very first milestone on the MerryLand Quy Nhon’s journey to help develop Quy Nhon – Binh Dinh into a destination for national and world-class cultural and entertainment events, helping establish Quy Nhon’s position on the Asian map by 2030.
Earlier, Quy Nhon, in association with Hung Thinh Corporation, welcomed nearly 3,000 visitors joining the MerryLand Quy Nhon Run 2022 held at the MerryLand Quy Nhon. In the years to come, Hung Thinh Corporation and “the peninsula city” will regularly organize large-scale and new events meeting the need of tourists, making Quy Nhon a top destination in the region.
To serve annual events, Hung Thinh Corporation has developed a host of amenities and world-class facilities at the MerryLand Quy Nhon, such as the largest water music square and the longest canal system in Vietnam, a five-star hotel and resort, an 18-hole golf course, and a marina with the two largest yachts in Southeast Asia.
Hung Thinh Group has coordinated with nearly 20 global brands including Steelman Partners, Greg Norman, and Laservision in planning design, management, architecture, and operation, with an aim to transform the MerryLand Quy Nhon into a world-class destination that will attract millions of guests to come for recreational, sightseeing and lodging services.
The final round of the Miss World Vietnam 2022 being held at the MerryLand Quy Nhon will contribute to promoting the culture and image of Binh Dinh in general and the coastal city of Quy Nhon in particular to more tourists at home and abroad. The beauty contest will also help add Quy Nhon – Binh Dinh and the MerryLand Quy Nhon to the map of local and international pageants.
The event has become much more meaningful as Quy Nhon – Binh Dinh is rolling out its plan to revive local tourism and welcome back international tourists after a two-year hiatus due to Covid-19.
Prior to the Miss World Vietnam 2022, Binh Dinh was chosen as a venue for the preliminary round of the Miss World Vietnam 2018 in the central region. The central province has also successfully organized many large-scale events such as “Meet Korea 2022”, street festivals, sea festivals.
The opening of the peninsula city MerryLand Quy Nhon with modern and classy infrastructure is expected to pave the way for Quy Nhon – Binh Dinh to fulfill its growth potential to become a world-class “event city”.
With the companion of Hung Thinh Corporation in the beauty contest, the new Miss World Vietnam will be the brand ambassador for a project of the company within one year after the coronation. Also, the new Miss World Vietnam will join the company’s cultural events, community and social activities.
