The Anam Cam Ranh has unveiled a refreshed menu at its Beach Club, offering a refined take on comfort cuisine in one of Vietnam’s most dynamic coastal destinations.
The new menu reimagines familiar favorites using premium ingredients and inventive techniques. Local seafood is highlighted through dishes like spicy tiger prawns with Greek yogurt and charcoal-grilled squid with peri-peri emulsion.
Designed for sharing, signature offerings include the Beach Club Seafood Bowl with prawns, scallops, abalone and mussels, and a generous platter of grilled seafood, BBQ pork ribs and roasted beef short ribs. Main courses continue the theme of elevated comfort, from miso-glazed salmon with yuzu beurre blanc to Black Angus rib-eye and smoky pork ribs with orange glaze.
Classic dishes such as pizzas, burgers and pasta are given a gourmet twist, including black truffle pizza, Wagyu beef burgers and seafood rigatoni.
