New Zealand joins hands with AEON, Lotte to promote F&B products

HCMC – New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) has announced an expansion of its “Made with Care” campaign in Vietnam through its partnerships with retailers AEON and Lotte to bring premium New Zealand food and beverage (F&B) products to the Vietnamese market.

The campaign launch featured promotional weeks at AEON Mall Tan Phu from May 16 to 22 and at Lotte Mart District 7 from May 8 to 21.

The program showcases 12 New Zealand brands, including Anchor, Zespri, and Mr. Apple, offering a diverse range of products from fresh fruits and dairy to snacks and organic oils.

“We’re continuously seeking valuable opportunities to build our relationship with Vietnam through enhanced business partnerships,” said Scott James, New Zealand’s consul general and trade commissioner in Vietnam.

The “Made with Care” campaign aligns with AEON and Lotte’s focus on providing high-quality and sustainably sourced products to their customers. Lee Yong Ho, Product Group senior director of Lotte Mart Vietnam, said, “The campaign is a timely and fitting response to Vietnam’s current domestic F&B market.”

This initiative has built on the success of the campaign’s launch in Vietnam in 2021. The efforts have strengthened trade relations between the two countries, with the F&B industry accounting for 84% of New Zealand’s exports to Vietnam, according to the NZTE.
