Promoting green tourism

Saigon Tiep Thi, an online publication of the Saigon Times Group, has unveiled its prestigious list of Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressions 2024, featuring 35 outstanding destinations from across the country. The selections were announced during two events held in the central provinces of Khanh Hoa and Quang Nam in late March.

As part of the events, the organizing committee presented certificates to selected destinations and tourism experiences in the central region and officially launched Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressions 2025. Now in its fifth edition, the program not only recognizes remarkable destinations and experiences but also promotes green and sustainable tourism.

Simultaneously, photo exhibitions showcasing Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressions 2024 were held in scenic, eco-friendly settings. Additionally, two workshops brought together industry experts to discuss strategies for sustainable tourism development. The events were partially sponsored by Ariston Vietnam.

At the event, speakers, businesses and local authorities discussed models and policies to reduce emissions in tourism at a talk show themed “Developing Net Zero tourism: How to do it right and enough?”
