HCMC – Anheuser-Busch InBev Vietnam Limited Company (AB InBev Vietnam) and SAB Beer Production Limited Company (SAB Beer) have announced the official merger of SAB Beer into AB InBev Vietnam.
From this month, SAB Beer Vietnam Company ceases its existence and AB InBev Vietnam will inherit all legal rights and benefits as well as take full responsibility for the contracts and property obligations of SAB Beer Vietnam.
Truong Van Toan, legal and corporate affairs director for Business Unit Southeast Asia – Anheuser-Busch InBev, says, “this is truly a memorable mark for all employees when SAB Beer merges with AB InBev Vietnam to become one and only company which is Anheuser-Busch InBev Vietnam. The new company will obtain the scale, facilities and resources to operate with higher productivity and improve competitiveness and quality in the Vietnamese market.”
