HCMC – Every Christmas, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral in downtown HCMC becomes a must-visit destination for residents and tourists, illuminated by sparkling lights that create a festive and magical atmosphere. On weekends, crowds flock to the cathedral to capture photos and revel in the holiday cheer.
Nguyen Trieu Thien Kim, a District 12 resident, visits the cathedral with her family. “Every weekend, my husband and I bring our two kids to the city center for fun. This year, the cathedral looks even more stunning with the lights. We love taking family photos to preserve these memories,” she said.
Wrapped in 500,000 meters of LED lights, the cathedral’s iconic 60-meter twin bell towers shine brightly, making it a standout feature of downtown HCMC at night
Nearby streets, including Cong Xa Paris, Le Duan, Dong Khoi, and Pham Ngoc Thach, also glow from the cathedral’s radiant display
