Mediterra Restaurant & Bar has introduced the Aqua Terra Sharing Platter, a new Mediterranean-inspired dining offering that combines premium seafood and meats in a format designed to encourage communal dining.
The new platter, priced from VND2.19 million excluding tax and service charges, features a selection of grilled seafood and meats, including seared fish, calamari and premium beef cuts. The dish is accompanied by charred seasonal vegetables and citrus accents intended to balance the flavors.
