Stavian Group joins hands with FPT to boost digitalization

HCMC – Stavian Group and FPT Corporation have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement to apply digital solutions to business operations to improve efficiency and competitiveness in the international market.

The partnership with FPT will help Stavian smoothly operate its business ecosystem in the global market, and tackle the challenges of a decentralized information system.

Stavian Group is expanding its operation worldwide in numerous industries, including petrochemicals, chemicals, pulp and paper, high-tech materials, recycling, circular economy and logistics. As such, digital transformation has become one of the group’s key priorities, with the potential for further development.

Under the deal, FPT will help Stavian develop and apply technology in various business aspects, including agent and distributor management, distribution, business process automation and other digital transformation solutions such as domestic and international transmission services and Internet connection.

Nguyen Van Khoa, general director of FPT Corporation, said, “The cooperation between FPT and Stavian is an important milestone in accelerating digitalization for one of the leading enterprises in the petrochemical industry in Vietnam.”

At the event, Stavian officially went live with its SAP ERP project one year after its implementation, marking an important movement of the group in the Industry 4.0 era.

“With SAP ERP and the digital transformation solutions from FPT, Stavian can optimize operations, reduce costs and save resources,” said Khoa.

Stavian Group implemented the business management system SAP S/4HANA that FPT worked with the group to deploy. The system covers four main pillars in the 4.0 era, namely information system, ecosystem, customer experience and Internet of Things.

Dinh Duc Thang, chairman and CEO of Stavian Group, said, “The SAP ERP solution is a foundation for the Stavian Group in its next phase.”
