HCMC – THAIFEX-Anuga Asia, a regional global food and beverage (F&B) trade fair, will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from May 28 to June 1, featuring 3,000 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and territories, including more than 100 from Vietnam.
THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2024 will explore several key trends shaping the F&B industry, including plant-based products, clean label transparency, Halal-certified offerings, and sustainable packaging.
Vietnamese exhibitors are expected to showcase products in various categories, including coffee and tea, fine food, food service, fruits and vegetables, meat, rice, and seafood.
A highlight of the event, the tasteInnovation Show, will present 12 award-winning products that exemplify the trade fair’s theme, “Beyond Food Experience.” These innovative products include plant-based alternatives, functional ingredients, and advanced sensor technologies.
The trade fair will host the first Alternative Protein Flavour and Taste Contest, where visitors can sample and vote for the best alternative products.
THAIFEX-Anuga Asia offers a comprehensive experience, including networking opportunities, educational sessions, and competitions. It serves as a platform for industry professionals to stay informed about the latest trends and innovations.
The exhibition is organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion under the Thai Ministry of Commerce, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Koelnmesse, a global food fair organizer.
