HCMC – Vietnam Register has proposed allowing three auto registration and inspection centers in Hoa Binh Province and Hanoi City, according to the local media.
They are the 28-01S auto testing center in the northern province of Hoa Binh and the 29-01V and 29-06V centers in Hanoi.
Previously, Vietnam Register temporarily allowed the reopening of the auto testing centers of 5003V, its branch, 5005V, and 5007V in HCMC.
Staff have been arranged to supervise the inspection and registration activities through online monitoring systems and direct professional training for inspectors throughout the country.
As of February 2023, the local police inspected 32 auto testing centers and pressed charges against 248 defendants for taking and giving bribes, falsifying documents, manufacturing, trading and providing equipment and software for illegal purposes.
