HCMC – Thuduc Housing Development Corporation (TDH) has decided to relieve Le Thi Ngoc Cam from the post of Thuduc House chief accountant and replace her with Nguyen Thi Ha, with effect from July 1.
Cam assumed the post of chief accountant on November 30 last year, replacing Lu Minh Son.
Thuduc House early this month announced its leadership changes. According to the announcement, Nguyen Huy Hoang, a Thuduc House independent board member, was picked as chairman of the firm from June 9, replacing Duong Ngoc Hai who tendered his resignation for personal reasons.
Le Chi Hieu had resigned from the post of TDH chairman on February 8 and Lu Minh Son took over as caretaker chairman. As earlier planned, Son would hold this post until the firm organizes its 2022 general meeting, but on March 14, Son requested to quit the post due to personal reasons.
Duong Ngoc Hai, the then vice chairman of the firm, officially replaced Son on March 22. Hai reportedly joined the Thuduc House management board from December last year.
On the local stock market, TDH ended up 0.88% over the previous session at VND5,750 today, June 29.
The VN-Index of the HCMC market closed almost unchanged today, losing 0.01 point against the previous session at 1,218.09. The HNX-Index on the Hanoi market shed 1.52 points, or 0.54%, compared to yesterday to stay at 282.35.
