The Vietnam Australia International School (VAS), with its narrative of “20 years of nurturing green generations,” has been a source of inspiration within the community.
Established in 2004, VAS has been a pioneer in building and contributing to the standardization of bilingual international education programs in Vietnam. With nearly 20 years of continuous development and innovation, VAS remains committed to its vision of becoming the “House of Excellence” and the mission of creating sustainable values, aiming for a happier community and a better society.
Beyond supporting the community and environmental projects, VAS’s CSR story inspired with the way that VAS and the VASers community – comprising students, parents, teachers, and staff – have been striving for sustainable development over almost two decades.
At VAS, education goes beyond the classroom, extending to numerous extracurricular activities, experiential trips, and especially meaningful community and environmental projects led by the students themselves.
These initiatives provide students with the opportunity to turn their creative ideas into meaningful contributions to the community. Through these projects, students learn the values of giving and receiving love, gaining valuable life lessons that contribute to their well-rounded growth.
“It’s how VAS shows and develops core values for students. From here, they become globally competent citizens and the ‘green generation,’ embodying love and a sense of responsibility to the community,” shared a VAS representative.
Let’s see how VAS’s students make a difference with their impressive CSR projects in these photos.
VAS is known as the school of Cambridge toppers with impressive achievements in annual Cambridge international exams. Currently, VAS is providing international education programs to nearly 8,000 students across its six certified Cambridge International Examinations (CAIE) campuses.
