DANANG – VCD Labor Protection JSC’s VN95 surgical mask plant, in cooperation with Luxtery Danang Hotel owned by Thai Phu Tai Co., donated more than 30,000 surgical face masks to the Danang Department of Health on August 11 to support the city to fight Covid-19.

According to Pham Thi Kim Chi, head of the Planning and Finance Department at the Health Department of Danang City, the city is practicing social distancing measures and providing treatment for Covid-19 patients, so the demand for face masks and other personal protective equipment is very high. The mask donation by VCD and Luxtery is highly appreciated.

“Doing business in Danang City, we would like to express our gratitude to the local government, medical workers and volunteers who are working hard to combat the pandemic. We hope that the VCD VN95 masks can help. This donation also shows our sense of solidarity with Danang City in the fight against Covid-19,” said Nguyen Van Vinh, General Director of VCD Labor Protection JSC.

According to the VCD mask plant, the surgical masks are made from non-woven fabric and antibacterial filter cloth. Non-woven fabrics are produced domestically while other materials are imported. At VCD, the mask manufacturing line is almost completely automated, so the quality of masks is well controlled under a strict process, from input to worker disinfection.

Thanks to a long-term investment into R&D, VCD VN95 masks meet the standards and regulations of markets like the U.S., Japan, South Korea and the EU.
VCD VN95 masks are produced on a modern line, using natural, thick and smooth non-woven fabrics. Apart from being safe and not causing allergies, VCD VN95 masks can also meet everyone’s design and fashion requirements.
