HCMC – The development of transport infrastructure, industry, logistics, and new growth poles is reshaping capital flows in the real estate market. This trend is opening up new investment hotspots while also requiring a clear understanding of cycles and characteristics across different segments.

The real estate market can now be likened to an ecosystem operating through multiple growth frequencies. Transport infrastructure is emerging as a key signal, with industrial property and logistics reinforcing momentum, followed by urban and housing development.

As the market enters a phase of reconfiguration, opportunities no longer lie primarily in short-term price surges, but in the ability to identify the right development cycle for each segment. This requires investors and businesses to closely track new economic drivers and build appropriate strategies.

To provide deeper insights into the trends shaping the market, the Saigon Times Group will host the Real Estate Forum 2026 under the theme “Layered Growth: Infrastructure Cycles and New Capital Flows.”

The event is scheduled to take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 21, 2026, in HCMC, bringing together representatives from government agencies, economic experts, banks, investment funds, and businesses operating in real estate, industry, and logistics.

The forum will feature presentations and thematic panel discussions, alongside networking activities among participants.

It will focus on two main topics: the infrastructure investment cycle for 2026-2030 and the emergence of new urban growth poles; and the shifting flow of capital within the economy, along with the impact of supply chains, logistics, technology, and innovation on the real estate market.

Session 1, titled “National Infrastructure and New Urban Development Patterns,” will include a keynote presentation on the 2026-2030 infrastructure cycle and Vietnam’s emerging urban map, followed by a discussion on where new urban centers may take shape.

Session 2, titled “New Capital Flows and the Next Phase of Real Estate Growth,” will analyze new market drivers, from supply chains to innovation, and explore evolving capital flow trends in the real estate sector.

Through the forum, the organizers aim to clarify market trends while creating a platform for dialogue and connection among stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.

The Saigon Times Group cordially invites businesses and readers to attend the forum. Interested participants may register for the event here or contact Ms. Thu Tra at 093 2571301 or via email at thutra@thesaigontimes.vn.
