HCMC – The Binh Duong Professional Chef’s Guild has organized a course on cooking BBQ dishes for local students and young chefs.
The course was held on October 24 at Hideout Kitchen & Bar in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.
During the course, Chef Nguyen Van Thanh, a member of the organization, showed how to make three dishes in a BBQ style, namely American-style BBQ pork ribs, American beef steak, and salted salmon.
The program was attended by 70 people from within and outside of Binh Duong Province, as well as various food and beverage businesses from throughout the country.
The guild organizes a training course for its members and students on a monthly basis. The topics vary from month to month, including how to prepare roasted duck, roasted pig, Asian banquets, seafood, premium beef, and supporting attendees to update culinary trends in 2023.
