HCMC – The retail price of gasoline was kept unchanged while diesel oil and kerosene were revised down, according to an announcement jointly released by the ministries of Industry-Trade and Finance today, January 11.
This is the third price adjustment since the start of 2023.
Bio-fuel E5 RON92 stays unchanged at VND21,350 per liter, and the higher-grade RON95 petrol at VND22,150 per liter, the local media reported.
Diesel oil and kerosene are down by VND520 and VND960 per liter, at VND21,630 and VND21,800 per liter, respectively. Heavy fuel oil is priced at VND13,360 per kilogram, down VND380.
During this fuel price adjustment, the two ministries decided to charge buyers VND605 for each liter of diesel oil sold, VND650 for each liter of kerosene and VND300 for each kilogram of heavy fuel oil to replenish the national fuel price stabilization fund.
Fuel traders can tap the fund at VND121 for each liter of E5 RON92 sold and VND103 for each liter of RON95.
