HCMC – Greg Testerman, chief executive officer of Gregory Advisory, has been elected chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham Vietnam) for 2023, succeeding Winnie Wong, who is Mastercard’s country manager in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

Testerman said that AmCham in 2023 would continue to play a linking role in enhancing the growing economic ties between Vietnam and the U.S.

Testerman, a financial advisor, held senior positions at JP Morgan and Banco Santander. At AmCham, he is co-founder and inaugural co-chair of its ESG Committee.

The new chairman has served on the Board of Governors since January 2022.

AmCham is one of the major business associations in Vietnam, with approximately 650 companies and 2,500 individual members.

The group promotes commercial and investment connections between Vietnam and the U.S. and represents American economic interests in Vietnam.
