HCMC – The Ao Dai and Food Day under the theme “Charms of Hue” has been organized in the Imperial City of Hue on the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8).
This event was organized by the Vietnam Women’s Union to lay the foundation to recognize Ao Dai Hue and Hue Cuisine as intangible cultural heritage of the nation.
Moreover, it is paving the way for Vietnam to seek UNESCO recognition of Ao Dai Hue and Hue Cuisine as a world cultural heritage.
