HCMC – ZaloPay has recently announced a partnership with Shopify, making it the first Vietnamese e-wallet service provider to participate in the payment system with the global leading e-commerce platform.
The partnership enables all businesses using Shopify to operate an e-commerce site to utilize ZaloPay. With the partnership, ZaloPay and Shopify aim to promote the “Brand.com” website model in Vietnam, supporting local businesses in staying up-to-date with market innovations. The goal is to expand sales channels beyond traditional e-commerce platforms.
“With technical resources and an extensive network of partners, ZaloPay hopes to bridge the gap between Shopify and businesses in Vietnam,” said Le Lan Chi, ZaloPay CEO.
Based in Canada, Shopify is a leading global e-commerce company that offers essential internet infrastructure for traders, in addition to trusted tools for starting, growing, marketing, and operating a retail business.
ZaloPay has already established partnerships with Visa, Mastercard and 39 domestic banks to offer users seamless transfer, payment and other features.
