HCMC – Vietnam’s National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man is set to lead a high-level delegation on an official visit to Russia from September 8 to 10, according to a statement from the NA’s Committee for External Relations.
Man’s visit comes at the invitation of Vyacheslav Victorovich Volodin, chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko, chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia’s Federal Assembly.
During the visit, Vietnam’s top legislator will co-chair the third meeting of the Vietnam-Russia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.
