HCMC – FPT Corporation (HOSE: FPT) on February 24 signed an agreement with India’s Cranes Varsity to launch an automotive software development training program.

The Cranes FPT Training System will offer short-term courses in line with international standards. The program is expected to address the increasing demand for professionals in the automotive software industry.

Enrollment will open in March 2025 in Hanoi and HCMC. The program targets high school graduates, university students, and professionals seeking to upskill or transition into the sector.

“The automotive industry is undergoing rapid transformation, requiring a large skilled workforce,” FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh said. “International partnerships like this will help Vietnam integrate into the global market.”

The two-year course consists of four semesters, covering programming, simulation, software testing, and industry standards. Artificial intelligence makes up nearly 30% of the curriculum.

Graduates will receive an Advanced Diploma in Automotive Software Development (ADAS) from Cranes Varsity. The certification meets recruitment standards for automotive technology companies globally.
