HCMC – The Outbox Company and the Danang Hotel Association have entered a strategic partnership to promote data-driven practices in the hospitality sector, with a focus on producing the 2026 Danang hotel industry white paper.

The Danang Hotel Industry White Paper 2026 will provide a comprehensive data-driven picture of the accommodation market, visitor trends and business outlook.

It is expected to serve as a reference for businesses, investors and regulators in identifying market trends, assessing business prospects and guiding the development of suitable accommodation products.

The partnership comes as the accommodation and tourism sector enters a new growth phase, with intensifying competition, rising traveler expectations and mounting pressure to improve operational efficiency.

In parallel, the two sides plan to roll out regular market updates, provide training to strengthen data use in management, operations and marketing, and conduct in-depth research tailored to the practical needs of hotel businesses.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dang Manh Phuoc, director of The Outbox Company, said data and insights into traveler behavior are becoming foundational to the development of the hotel industry, supporting not only growth but also long-term sustainability.

The White Paper is part of efforts to help businesses strengthen decision-making and enhance long-term competitiveness, he added.

Nguyen Duc Quynh, chairman of the Danang Hotel Association, said the partnership with Outbox meets the growing need among businesses for reliable data to guide operations.

During the Lunar New Year holiday in 2026, from February 14 to 22, tourism activity in Danang recorded strong growth across multiple indicators.

Total visitor arrivals, including overnight stays, were estimated at around 1.1 million, up 27% against the same period in 2025. Of this, international arrivals reached about 510,000, up over 32%, while domestic visitors totaled around 590,000, up 23%.
