Power tariffs capped at VND3,460 per kilowatt-hour

Electricity prices are capped at VND3,460 per kWh at the highest residential tier, while landlords who charge tenants above regulated rates will face fines of VND20-30 million starting May 25 under Decree 133/2026/ND-CP.
