HCMC – Investigators of the Ministry of Public Security on December 10 detained Nguyen Quang Tuan, former director of the Bach Mai Hospital in Hanoi, for his alleged involvement in the gouging of medical equipment prices at the Hanoi Heart Hospital, where Tuan used to serve as director.
