The Saigon Times Group, in collaboration with the HCMC Department of Industry and Trade, will hold a panel discussion titled “Green transformation & challenges for SMEs” as part of the fifth HCMC Brand Awards.
The event will take place on January 3, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at Gem Center, 8 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Dakao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
The event will address the obstacles small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face in their transition to more sustainable practices. A panel of experts will share real-world insights and actionable solutions to help businesses overcome the challenges.
Inspiring case studies of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) implementation will also be showcased, demonstrating how SMEs are integrating sustainability into their business strategies.
The panel features experts and business executives, including Nguyen Cong Minh Bao, co-founder of Green Transition Consulting & Training; Truong Anh Hai, vice president of Health, Safety, Environment & Community at NS BlueScope Vietnam; Vo Van Phong, general director of C2T Media Tourism One Member Company Limited; and Nguyen The Tung, general director of Queen Farm Ecological Agricultural Limited Company.
Discussions will be moderated by Truong Thi Ai Nhi, a lecturer at Van Lang University and a researcher at the Institute for Circular Economy Development (ICED).
