Alma Resort Cam Ranh has unveiled a golf simulator that transports guests to golf courses around the world via virtual reality.

Adjacent to the resort’s Youth Club, the Bravo Pro Golf Simulator cost Alma some US$25,000 to implement and is the only golf simulator open for public use in the Cam Ranh area.

For VND450,000 per hour, guests experience virtual reality golf, choosing from about 125 golf courses, from Vietnam’s Van Tri Golf Club, California’s Torrey Pines Golf Course to Thailand’s Alpine Golf Club, and China’s JinMen Golf Course.

Equipment includes two sets of golf clubs, a projector, a sensor that measures the swing speed of the club, ball speed, and ball direction, a golf course simulation screen, and a recording camera to help guests correct their golf posture or to save as a souvenir.

Alma offers three “Golf & Splash” day pass packages for outside guests, with VND650,000 for an individual, VND1,000,000 for a couple, and VND1,500,000 for a group of four people.
