Anam Mui Ne has appointed Spanish national Elena Lopez de Silanes as director of rooms, tasked with overseeing operations across key guest-facing departments at the beachfront resort.
Lopez de Silanes joins the 127-room property to manage the rooms division, including front office, guest experience, housekeeping, laundry and the resort’s in-house water factory. She will also serve as executive assistant manager, working alongside resort manager Ye Chang Sheng (Peter) on daily operations, strategic planning and cross-department coordination aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction.
She brings more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality across Europe and Asia, and has been based in Vietnam since 2022. Prior to her new role, she was director of guest experience and entertainment at Villa Le Corail, A Gran Meliá Hotel in Nha Trang, where she was part of the pre-opening team. She previously held roles as front office manager and quality control manager at Meliá Bali.
