HCMC – AnPro is strengthening its ability to supply interior materials to both domestic and international projects, with a manufacturing footprint of roughly 50,000 square meters and annual output capacity reaching 12-12.5 million square meters of flooring.
Large-scale production capacity has become increasingly important in the interior materials industry, enabling manufacturers to meet project deadlines and satisfy international quality standards. Backed by An Cuong Building Materials, a member of An Phat Holdings, AnPro is developing a large-scale manufacturing system designed to provide stable supply for projects in Vietnam and global markets.
Large-scale manufacturing system built for high-volume project demand
AnPro has operated two manufacturing facilities with a combined area of roughly 50,000 square meters and annual flooring capacity of 12-12.5 million square meters. The production scale allows the company to supply materials for multiple projects at once while ensuring consistent quality across product batches. In 2025, AnPro’s flooring output rose 2.5-fold from a year earlier. The company has broadened its international presence to 20 countries, with Japan, the United Arab Emirates and Sweden added as new markets this year.
AnPro’s product portfolio includes SPC flooring, LVT flooring, interior wall panels and accessories such as trims and skirting boards, catering to growing demand for integrated interior finishing solutions across various types of projects. Among them, the flooring accessory segment has recorded strong growth as the market increasingly favors fully integrated solutions. Sales and consumption volume of trims rose about 2.5 times compared with 2024.
With construction schedules becoming tighter, especially for large-scale projects, stable supply capacity has become a critical consideration for project developers when choosing material suppliers. Backed by industrial-scale production, AnPro is able to maintain continuous output and support synchronized implementation across multiple project categories at the same time. As part of its 2026 strategy, the company expects total SPC flooring output from its two factories to double from 2025 levels. AnPro also plans to expand into new product segments, including LVT flooring, as it seeks to diversify its portfolio and capture growing market demand.

AnPro expands OEM/ODM footprint across global markets
Beyond the domestic market, AnPro has gradually expanded its presence across key international markets, including the U.S., the EU, Japan, South Korea and Australia. In the U.S. alone, a market known for stringent technical standards and strict material consistency requirements, the company has supplied around 50 million square meters of flooring in recent years. Its presence in demanding export markets reflects AnPro’s manufacturing capacity, quality control capabilities and ability to maintain consistency across large-scale orders. The U.S. currently accounts for about 80% of the company’s exports, followed by the EU at 17.5%. Australia and New Zealand contribute around 2%, while Asian markets make up roughly 0.5%.

Alongside developing its own brand, AnPro also offers OEM/ODM manufacturing capabilities with integrated interior solutions, including SPC flooring, LVT flooring, flooring accessories and wall and ceiling cladding products. The company is able to meet a range of technical requirements across different markets, including Unilin click-lock systems, herringbone installation patterns and synchronized embossed surfaces for SPC flooring. Its LVT portfolio includes glue-down, self-adhesive and IXPE underlay integrated products designed for sound insulation. AnPro has also developed a synchronized accessory system featuring stair nosings, T-moldings, reducer trims and end trims, alongside decorative wall panels, moldings and interior finishing materials. These products are supported by display tools and sales materials designed to assist international partners in distribution and retail activities.
According to company executives, a diversified product portfolio allows customers to select flooring solutions that best match their budgets and functional requirements. SPC flooring is currently prioritized for its durability, featuring a rigid core with strong resistance to water and warping. Meanwhile, LVT flooring is positioned as a cost-efficient option that still delivers high aesthetic value through a wide range of realistic wood and stone patterns.
AnPro’s presence across different types of projects reflects the flexibility of its material system and provides a foundation for the company to further expand into international markets.
