HCMC – The Binh Duong Professional Chef’s Guild on June 7 held a training course on processing goat meat at the Dong Huong Restaurant in HCMC’s Thu Duc City.

The training course attracted more than 50 chefs and culinary students from HCMC and Binh Duong. Chef Nguyen Van Thuc, who has many years of experience roasting meat, showcased his skills in roasting a whole goat.

During the two hours of preparing and completing the dish, the guests asked questions and discussed roasting techniques to make the dish more eye-catching and delicious.

The training course is organized monthly by the Binh Duong Professional Chef’s Guild to promote the culinary values ​​of Binh Duong and the country as a whole.

Nguyen Van Vinh, Chairman of the Binh Duong Professional Chef’s Guild, said that the training course was a key activity of the guild that would be continued to help young chefs and culinary students to learn from professional chefs’ practical lessons.
