HCMC – British University Vietnam (BUV), City St George’s University – University of London (UOL), and the Centre for Foreign Affairs and Languages Training (CEFALT) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to enhance international education in Vietnam.

The partnership focuses on joint training programs, research collaboration, student exchanges, and online learning opportunities.

Between 2024 and 2029, these schools seek to provide Vietnamese students with high-quality, accessible international education. It also aims to strengthen the strategic alliance between BUV and UOL while fostering educational exchange between the United Kingdom (UK) and Vietnam.

A key aspect of the MOU is the development of collaborative online learning programs, which will improve access to international educational content for a wide range of learners.

The parties have plans to secure funding for joint research initiatives that promote scientific innovation and address social challenges.

Representatives from the three institutions affirmed their commitment to providing students with high-quality education and inclusive opportunities for personal growth.
